FUTSAL UNIVERSITYFOOT TECH

Disclaimer

This site is a media platform dedicated to futsal tactics.

We use diagrams and videos to explain concepts clearly, even for futsal beginners.

Why do we do this?

In Europe and South America, futsal is regarded as a major sport, but in Japan it is still difficult to shake the image of it being a minor sport.

In recent years, futsal has begun to attract attention within football education, and even youth academies attached to professional clubs overseas have increasingly adopted futsal.

With these global trends in mind, we believe futsal has strong future potential, and we launched this media platform with the aim of becoming a pioneer that helps raise the competitive level of football (futsal) in Japan.

If you would like to know more about the background, please read this article.

Target audience: who is this for?

Rather than people already active at the very highest level, such as the F.League or elite overseas environments, this site is aimed at players and coaches competing in regional leagues and student leagues.

In particular, we hope to provide free and accessible learning opportunities for coaches who do not hold formal coaching licenses.

Reliability of information

At present, Japanese-language information about futsal on the web is full of inaccuracies, and it can be difficult to know what to trust.

In response to that situation, we at FootTech try to learn not from secondary summaries but from firsthand sources whenever possible.

Specifically, we rely on published books, coaching courses, questions and feedback from coaches with F.League or overseas coaching experience, and futsal research papers, then explain those ideas in a way that even futsal beginners can understand.

If you notice anything incorrect or have any questions, please feel free to contact us through the inquiry form.

We also share information globally through the English version.
